recalls

I've recently changed from a Mondeo to a yeti and I'm very happy with the car. The paperwork with the car said it had a timing chain recall and also a turbo replacement with a recall. Does anyone know if these issues might arise again or if the recalls permanently sorted out the potential problems. I'd hate to have to replace these components every 25k miles or so.
