I found this today when changing the oil on my Fabia VRS. It was found in the engine undertray when I removed it for access to the sump plug.

Any ideas where it's from? I had a look around but couldn't find where it was from.

It's a very flexible rubber plug of some kind. The end is not threaded, just ribbed. Measures around 30mm in diameter.

Bung on top of the gearbox I think mate, you should see a hole from above in the engine bay - the dmf can be seen through it!

+1 I reckon, is it not the bung so you can check the clutch thickness, top of gearbox?

Hot water bottle cap/bung. You'll need it this time of year.
