Unmodifying a car...

Featured Replies

I set myself the challenge of unmodifying a car in photoshop, or rather re-modifying.

Started off as a Hyundai drift car, covered in graphics with a lairy paintjob and orange wheels. Using a stylus and half an evening, this is my result so far:

Not too bad!!

You've brushed it or used paint donors?

Nice,

Good work! I've always loved Photoshop and working with a tablet! :)

This was all airbrush work, using the various shades and working with the contours to create the effect. Bloody time consuming though!

You can also try to make some extra layers to make the reflections sharper :) I find getting some images of the background, and paste the over on a new layer, while changing the opacity helps! :)

I know this is a sketch but the backdrop in my reflection was done in a new layer, I guess you could try and do the same - this will also make it a bit quicker when it comes to re creating an environment! :)

I see what you've done, didn't think of doing it that way... Hmmm...
