Sorry not an answer to your question, but a question.

Is your battery due for replacement, is it low or loose connections or a poor earth.?

Sorting that out would be a good start IMO.

Even put it on a trickle charge sometimes if doing shot runs & running a good battery low.

Stick a Airmass meter on it (MAF) assuming it is plugged in ;)

And a full set of glow plugs

And check ur battery + charge rates of the alternator.. ur battery voltage has got low causing the 2 other faults.. either because the battery is shagged or the alternator isnt charging.

If the alternator isnt charging 1st check the wires too the alternator. They normally break at the connector near the battery

Hope this helps bud ;):)

Cheers for the replies guys :D

I popped to quick fit first to get a quick battery and alternator test and apparently there for. Could do with a charge but fine

The glow plugs will explain the rough starting won't they

N how much am I looking at for a MAF? A mate was sayin I can just unplug it and see if it runs better n if it does then ye MAF is defo knackered

Just wana get it right

There's a couple of battery related faults though isn't there? (Small pictures and I'm on my phone) If so I'd sort the battery before anything else, a iffy battery will/can throw up all kinda of strange fault codes.

Yeah. Dont quite know specifically what they are though. Cant work out why battery test came back OK?

Is it pulling/ boosting ok?.. id stick the glowplugs in regardless.

The battery could have got low at any time.. have u experienced anything like the battery going flat at any point or not?

MAF sensors are about £40-£50 from skoda.. only buy genuine for stuff like that ;)

The battery low faults are sporadic whereas the MAF fault is STATIC.. so not connected.. get the MAF + plugs changed.. erase faults.. charge battery... re-check faults in a couple of weeks bud :)
