Never use it even on long 600 mile runs, Car uses more fuel when its used too. If you've given up the will to live and have no interest in driving go for it! You could also fit a auto gearbox too and hey maybe one day the car could drive its self while you have a sleep ! Lol! Only time I've used mine is in the average speed zones through road works but gave up on that years ago.

Has anyone ever been booked in a average speed camera zone??
