Aussie Yeti owners

Featured Replies

Hi. We are new Yeti owners in Australia. Great to see all of your overseas posts, as we are originally from the UK.

We recently took delivery of our new Yeti 1.2 77 TSI DSG.

I work for Volkswagen and noticed that Australians do not know that Sköda is owned by VW. The brand is very weak in Australia, giving great opportunity to smart buyers knowing they can grab a bargain.

The write ups in Australia on the 1.2 TSI Yeti are pretty poor due to the culture not recognising a really good quality, well built car with Volkswagen / Audi quality.

We were very surprised to find that the 1.2 DSG is ample power for the Australian roads with plenty of acceleration, great handling and more than good enough to keep to Australian speed limits.

Hi and welcome aboard.

Soon to be Aussie Yeti owner. It's at Port Kembla but the Dock is closed until 13 January.

Happy Days
