Remap thanks to Faboka_VRS

Featured Replies

Have to say thanks to Faboka_VRS for remapping my car, he did not ask me to post or pump his business, top bloke!

I know quite a lot about petrol tuning some of it relates to diesel but the guys knowledge is sound and i know when someone is bull****ting. He responded quickly to emails and my in depth questions and helped with VCDS logs.

I got a custom map which was slightly better than already pretty good map i had on the car without blowing up the car or simply maxing everything out which some people do.

Its not all about peak and max figures you want a smooth graph and after tweaking, logs and a dyno run i got just that. Unfortunately my car is over-boosting a little but i got a great smooth map IMO and I'm quite picky.

Really great bloke and superb price! you'd be surprised coupled with a cable and software if you can do it yourself you'd be hard pressed to find a better, well priced remap!

The car is a different breed from stock! Would recommend to anyone!

I'm thinking of approaching him for a remap, either that or the blacksmoke.co.uk one.

Its custom at the end of the day the blacksmoke isnt.

Yeah that was my thinking, and I want to cap the torque and stuff. Guess I'll buy my cable first haha !

I didnt even know Faboka was offering this service and thought it was a home project he was into! - Great stuff, would love to understand mapping more being an 'IT Geek'.

Where is faboka based and what are the costs?

OP, Pm me if you prefer?

Cheers.
