That pipe you keep blowing off could be because to intercooler pipes can move independantly of each other thus slowly pulling the silicone pipe apart, You could try a humped type silicone joint there as these provide flex and movement which should cure your issue.

been having boost probs!! never wants to go past 19.8psi, and fluctuates like a boss up down up down grrrrrrrrrr so been reading up tons of possibles but finally got a fault code today 16622 so new map sensor hopefully should be well away :yes: need another smoke test to just incase as alot of hoses have come off since then

brand new map fitted surprise surprise no difference, thought id fit the side grills for the test drive good job i did as i had a small collision

im thinking keep the side grills,center the fmic better and bring it right forward havent seen that yet :sun:

changed a hose and the n75 clip now reads positive boost,prob still thier new n75 ordered

boredom can be a good thing!! did this today finally it boosts past 20psi, 22.8psi peak and made slightly more torque on the gauge generally felt better but still not holding boost n75 soon i hope :sun: proper blank is ordered and probably cut the plug off as it looks messy but was just a temp test for today,finally a positive difference guess it was leaking? dunno lol
