cheers only took me 3months to get it out :giggle: have you broke yours? or are you planning to lol

I wish I had taken my engine out to re-fit mine. Nice work!

  • Author

yeah i did think of you when i was doing it,thought it must of been a total arse ache :giggle: :giggle:

Refitting was worse - on my own :D I had some epic bruises on my forearm. I was kneeling on the front of the bay, head resting on strutbrace to support me, one arm lifting the turbo, the other trying to screw in a bolt.

Took a while, and a lot of bad language.

i am NOT looking forward to doing this soon myself!

blimey lmao!! i was just sitting down coffee in one hand ratchet in the other sun beating down nice and casual, did keep going to remove just to find its attached somewhere else lol the turbo to manifold bolts were really loose on mine no effort at all to move

what turbo removal? its piece of cake just ask rob :giggle: :giggle:

All the bolts came out easily. And it's not that hard, but definitely get a mate to help you, would make it so much easier.
