You can order a duplicate one but not an original booklet.

Just a thought - it's not hiding under the tray inside the glovebox?

Only reason I ask is that when I bought mine, I thought the same thing as couldn't find it.

Turned out it was tucked away nicely in there.

They are only £10-£15.. but they look nothing like the original + have "duplicate" stamped all over every page

Personally as long as you keep all the bills and preferably schedule them out I see no reason to waste money buying a book. After all the damage is now done - since I presume the car you've bought has no service history presently.
