As title who has done this and what did you use? how far did you go? i thought it was just a plastic cover that could be removed.

you just grap the surround at each end and pull no need to remove bumpers etc...

why? if you're running SMIC, surely you're not running big power? it won't make that much difference

just a remap i guess its better every little helps.

I assume you have done the pikey arch mod??

I went to town with the drivers side arch liner and cut slats in it with a Dremel to aid air flow

Some people put a small slatted air vent in them too.

And also, do you have the oem airflow shroud on?

It sits directly behind the fog surround and cover
