So do you get any bulb blown warnings. When I used a 50w 6ohm I got a bulb blown warning.

When using just a resistor I used to get a bulb blown warning. I ended up wiring in 5w side light bulb holders. This was the only way I could get the warning light not to illuminate.

Is the plug the same for p-fl and fl for foglights?

Im putting these fogs onto my pre-fl just wonderin if i'll need a new plug

Not sure but the receptacle on the back of the LED DRL's is different to the original plug on both the pre-FL and FL Octavia's so either way a little wiring work is required.

How are you going to mount them? Have you made an adaptor bracket of somesort?

Yeah you could, but there would be a bulb out warning!

Can you get canbus ones then?

Never seen any, might be able to use those resistors with cables ready to attach tho which you get with some hid kits
