My 2001 octavia vrs seems as if its losing power mid range, in first and second gear it feels fine and pulls really well. Stick it into 3rd and it feels like its not boosting like it should, has anybody had a similar problem to me and if so what do i need to do to sort it out?

Have a check round at breather pipes and vac hoses as they tend to fail with age

Yeah i changed that breather at work today and had a look around but couldnt see any other damaged pipes. I might get it booked in at k.p tuning in driffield to pressure test all the pipework. Bloody thing lol
