Show me your..... Seat covers!

Featured Replies

Done a bit if searching on these and there's a lot of views of which ones are the best fitting for vrs seats

It seems that the ones that most people think are the best are no longer for sale on the bay

Any suggestions then?

Show us some pics! :)

Cheers

Yeah I had seen those mate and I haven't seen any knocking around :(

These threads never seem to come of much, I've been keeping an eye on a few but can't seem to find any that I'm willing to waste some money on just incase they don't fit right.

I dont think most people expect much from car seat covers TBH

They are to serve a basic purpose usually, either to cover gopping seats in the first place..or protect decent existing, either which way they don't have to be too good and most people not happy with their seats at all would spend a bit more for better alternatives. They are never going to be as good as decent material or leather.

For what its worth those Lidl things I think aren't great compared with clean original seats either (which are much maligned and underrated as they are pretty fair seats when in clean condition - probably grass is greener effect), probably better value to spend a bit of time cleaning/repairing them instead

Seems like an interior upgrade might be the way to go...

Interior upgrade is alot of money. £50 for seat covers or £800 - £1000 for leather

Who said I would be looking at leather?? Lol

Would be looking at seats for another car maybe........

Still just seems like alot of hassle / expense. IMO of course.

What happened to selling up?

I quite like the standard seats even in their standard trim.

No worries ;) I've always found it easy to let go of cars apart from my first car haha! Now I'm plan in on keeping the Fabia for a while as there isn't much else out there I like / want the running costs of!
