i want one :(

Awesome! Is it a 2265? or a VKLR?

What figures it is likely to run?

I've not even got it yet either! Cannot wait to get it fitted and see what its like

(Its a hybrid GTB2260vk ;) and that's one the new billet wheels inside it)

You lie like a cheap Chinese watch. You can clearly see it is labelled on the name plate Garrett "Jason" :giggle:

Me too :)

Me too :)

Not me.

I want 2.... :bandit: .

That is a monster comp wheel :)

will youn not have to run there tubular manifold for this? as the normal units are one piece arnt they?

that is porn tho

Jason already runs a custom manifold deano

It's his old turbo "hybrided"

What kinda boost will this run then?

Is that vacuum actuator on that? They're fitted on the 530/330d etc, but I thought they were electronic only?

Either way, looks good! *Goes off to look for hyrbid-ing prices*

You can do vacuum conversions

It was a 2260vk, but both wheels have been upgraded so it becomes a 2566vk :D

First goal is a non-nitrous 300bhp. Then go from there.

Yes, the 2260 was already running on a manifold, but I have doubts over its build quality, and I will likely end up getting Darkside's one when it breaks.

Looking at at least 2.5 bar of boost. - Current mapping on the old original setup was 2.3 bar. I'm going to be running it at that level until I can look into getting the mapping tweaked some more.

Glad to see you starting to take this further and make it pinnacle again :) keep us updated!

Any chance of a passenger ride, bet the torque gives a right shove?

We all need one of these in our lives <3

ahh right that explains it lol looks great the inlet looks from a 1,8t leon or cupra if im not mistaken is that right?

and how much is this if you dont mind me asking

I would love a passenger ride in this one day mate haha would really push me over the edge and make me wanna buy a big turbo upgrade

I am sorry for my butt in but wouldn't that be too much power and more importantly torque for a front wheel drive car? ... My Clio 197, which is completely stock engine wise, brake traction with its 225s from 1st to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd, and 3rd to 4th minding you that the last shift happens around 90 leptons. The 197 has only 215Nm and your cars are already in the 400s. I just don't understand :/

1st and 2nd are generally write offs but even with 260-270bhp before, it never broke traction in the dry in a straight line in 3rd gear. Just pulled like a b1tch! I am expecting now it might break traction in 3rd in a straight line but I am hoping it just pulls even harder. I expect my peloquin diff plays a part as both wheels will be gripping during acceleration. Also good rubber choice helps.

So, you do have a limited slip diff. ... That makes things much better ... How much torque the car is making currently if you don't mind me asking?

Just under 400lb/ft - but it was where the torque peaked which makes it so much fun - peak torque at 3000rpm, not 2000rpm. :D

Your car engine makes as much torque as an LS2 ... I wonder which car has more rubber containing these torques, yours or the corvette :p
