European Breakdown Cover

Featured Replies

Hello all.

Am I correct in my interpretation of both the Skoda web site and the literature in with my handbook that the Skoda breakdown cover that comes with the car for the first 3 years is automatically valid for travel in Europe and I don't need to pay an extra charge?

Just with next week's jaunt to Le Mans one can never be too careful!

Thanks!

I would call them first just to be 100% sure. Also enquire should an accident happen, will the car be bought back here, some people charge extra for that and don't say anything.

Your insurance company should be your first port of call following an accident and may provide recovery following an accident (but not breakdown). Check your certificate/policy for what is included for use abroad.

did you call them?

I've already got RAC on a familiy policy and they wanted

In the back of the latest price list it says that European cover is included.
