Hi Sue,

Welcome to the forum! Glad you like your "Furby"

You can get your car re-mapped but they will all invalidate your warranty :( Unless you have a very understanding dealer. When I asked mine about a re-map they said " Just don't tell us"

Some of them you can turn on/off at service time etc, Think Revo, but not sure on any others!

Enjoy your car

Steve

Agreed. Pick your dealer - mine greets me with "when you getting it remapped then?" (But then his Mrs drives a remapped Octy vRS)

Skoda Uk don't like remaps but VW and Audi approve the Ottinger one. Seems strange considering link between them.

Hello and welcome to briskoda.

Welcome :orb_wave:

As above, all remaps invalidate warranty, find a mod friendly dealer, and AMD do a 1 click.

A search on remaps should keep you reading (for hours & hours & hours & hours :) )

Welcome to Briskoda from me too. :)

try this site for an upgrade to a sensible 165bhp and 280 ft/lb which is just plug and play. a friend of mine has it and he removes it prior to a service, in about 7mins, and the dealer doesnt even know it was there.

site is http://www.mrhoot.com

also with this mod it is set to the best medium of power, torque and economy but buy removing the end panel and adjusting the dipp switches to all on it runs a theoretical 185-190 bhp and approx 330ft/lb torque, which i am told is still within the limits of the standard clutch etc.

i've been out in my mates and it is unbelievable.

by the way i am a male although my screename is sue4273 as i use my other halfs email. my name is simon.
