I think the red one you are thinking about is a Blue one that is wrapped it has stripes and it was a copy of the Le-mans replica cars they did in France I think it was ... and if it is that one Yeti_man would know the owner as Kevyboy ;0)

You are quite correct about the car/owner. But that car was stripped of the wrap and taken back to standard to be sold ages ago. If I recall he was having loads of electrical problems with it as well. I had the pleasure of seeing that car in the flesh last year on the RSOC clubs Buttertubs run.

As for being old for my age I don't think so I just don't get excited about watching videos about car's with loud exhausts revving, that's for chav boy racers. At what point did I say that non skoda related items should not be on here, now your starting to make up things to start a keyboard war. If you like like to hear loud meaty exhausts pm your mobile number and I will send you two recordings, the first a mk2 focus rs with a full miltek and a mercedes c63 amg that are in my garage it work, and the merc makes the focus sound like a std focus. And yes I do like the focus just incase you thought I was bashing it.

Miltek? Pah. Even Miltek non-resonated systems are tame compared to what's out there now for the Focus. I know of countless guys who have tried and sold the Miltek system after getting fitted. It's only because it's a Mountune requirement that they sell as many as they do.

Heard one at the weekend, dont know who's system was on it, but it was loud. though it was loud it just didn't seem to have any depth to the sound, could have just been a mickey mouse system. is yours going to be a keeper, my boss plans on keeping his. the best bit about the car was when i was insured to drive it i left a golf gti standing and the look on the other drivers face was priceless.

Milltek tame? I know a guy with a full milltek and the thing sounds like thunder. Absolutely love it, was standing filling with diesel and the forecourt was vibrating underneath me lol unless you just mean the cat back systems?

Must depend on the car, the Milltek on my Nissan is one of the quietist aftermarket exhausts there is.

Know what ou mean, for a std exhaust the merc is mental loud, and the bark off it is crazy.
