HP TouchPad 16GB, Wi-Fi, 9.7in Duel boot with android

Featured Replies

Hi there,

bought this from the auction but not much use at moment so

Selling my 16GB HP Touchpad tablet

The Touchpad has also been rooted and is currently dual booting WebOS and Android Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0). So you can choose which OS you wish to use.

This is still a fantastic piece of kit, with a lovely 9.7" IPS screen, Dual Core processor, 1GB Ram and 8 Hours battery life. Gestures from the bezel to switch between apps and close apps are as impressive.

Package Includes:

Boxed Touchpad with charger socket, cable, manuals, etc

Official HP case

Running the latest version of HP WebOS (3.0.5), which runs great.

Touchpad is in very good, with no obvious marks on the screen or the back (has been in case all times)

There is a very small hairline crack near one of the speaker grills (see photo). But this is as a result of a design flaw on the product (well documented online). Hardly noticeable unless you look for it.

Please note, Android 4.0 is a nightly build of CM9, which is not fully developed. There are known issues with sound, microphone and camera but other than that, Android works fantastic. Updating to the latest version of Android regularly can help to fix these issues, and is relatively easy. HP WEBOS works perfectly no issues

Comes from smoke and pet free home.

Looking for £120.00 posted UK only.

Thanks

David
