Just go at your own pace.... and keep up :P great track to learn

I think for the first time, treat it like a passionate road drive, so smooth, use the full width of the track to get the smoothest lines without pushing the tyres to anywhere near their limit, and then just explore the boundaries a little bit and the car should tell you when its not liking it.

 

Oh, and also, best to keep one eye in the rearview mirror for those who are going a bit quicker.  But once the rearview mirror is clear, or there are others doing the same as you, have fun.

Sorry, with only 3 spots left, I think I can safely keep it non Skoda to the end, with the Ibiza Cupra being the only foreigner (but someone I know anyway)

At least some members with 300hp+ Octy 1 vRS are happy to take their car on track.   Look out for this nippy one @ 330bhp!

Richard - yeti or Rapid?  With your history, I think wielding the Yeti is your usual weapon of choice.

After contact with the circuit today, the deadline I am setting is Thursday 22nd August @ 11.59pm - After this point, the £51 track sessions will still be available (if not fully subscribed by then) but extra tickets will not be available, and any extra people doing clubstand only will need to pay £15 on the gate to get in.

It maybe nippy at 330bhp but my first track day and haven't had the car too long so won't be setting any records I will be taking it easy (ish!) lol

Yes, around 2 weeks before the event, entry tickets (to hand in on the gate) and track passes (to take with you to the briefing and to hand in at the pits before going in) are posted out.
