Do you not think it could of listed the desired boost for a standard car with other being a snap on scanner?

I will install a boost gauge and get a lead for vcds and find out the boost readings before I go ahead. Thanks for you help though

Yeah VCDS lite lead with free trail is your best bet. That way you can log things like fuel duration.

Not all remaps increase boost. My old DMS stuck with the stock boost but increased fueling. Made a good 160bhp.

Well i got my pd150 mapped

Stock boost was 1.5bar mapped boost is now 1.6bar... So not crazy boost!

If your getting a map thats just upping fuelling then you may as well of bought a tuning box

Hi, I have a 2004 1.9 AWX TDI Last October I parked it up as since getting it (1 owner service history) it has had timing kit and new turbo and then the dmf and gearbox needed fixing I was unsure if I was going to keep it but I think I might now as only 105k. Question is should I syphon the fuel (1/4 tank) been sat since October or should I add biocide and top up? Whats the risk and how realistic is it of causing damage if I just run it on the diesel thats in there and do nothing to it? @r

Kodiaq 2026 PHEV I set the lane control to 'Off', set the alert control to 'off', and various other settings that I want. But when I next switch the car on, all my settings are lost and I have to re-set them. This is a complete pain in the ass. How do I save the settings so that they stay set?

I have had an ongoing problem for 2 years with my 2018 Kodiaq .2.0l TSI battery losing charge over a few days and the battery charging randomly at different charge rates. To date I have had: 2 replacement batteries (at my cost) then under Extended Warranty (now expired) 1 replacement negative battery lead (with sensor) 1 replacement alternator Symptoms (monitored with Ancel Battery Manager device and multimeter) Battery discharges in a few hours from 100% SoC /12.8v to around 65% then conti

Carscoops Skoda's Octavia Gets A Second Facelift To Catch Up With I... Spy photographers have snapped an updated Octavia, which features changes inside and out So this randomly popped up on my newsfeed this morning. Nothing too exciting, no real mention of any ground breaking changes be them aesthetic, mechanical or otherwise... I just find it interesting that they're throwing out another facelift model so soon after the 4.5?

I'm driving my early 2020 Octavia (mkIII) Scout (2.0L diesel DSG-7) through France, and only after I filled up (31L of the 55L tank) from the "diesel" pump I noticed the marking "B10" which apparently really exists about only in France, I'd never heard of nor seen before, and is officially (per Skoda) not compatible with this engine. I don't find "B10" mentioned at all in the forums, and I find only few, vague mentions online in general about how B10 diesel (90% mineral diesel +10% bio d
