Puncture repair needed in Waterlooville area nr Portsmouth

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend a good place to have a puncture repaired somewhere near to Waterlooville or Portsmouth please?

I am really particular about my rims and don't want them damaged

Does anyone know if they still need to repair the puncture by removing the tyre, one of my colleagues suggested they can be plugged from the outside? I've only ever seen it done from the inside.

Many thanks

I've not used them myself, but I hear that Denmead Tyres get good reviews.

Denmead Tyres FTW

To repair properly the tyre needs to come off.

HI guys thanks for your replies.

I have already had 2 recommendations regarding Petersfield Garage Services so I have it booked in there, they are a premier fitter for black circles so fingers crossed.

This is the stuff my nightmares are made of!

WOW god forbid if you had somthing serious go wronge! :-)

I always use setyres in farlington, best prices around here for new tyres too.

Hi Tom - SETyres in Farlington: do they do 4 wheel geometry too, and can you recommend them for this? I'll soon be in the market for new tyres & want to get the geo checked at the same time. Bit closer to me than Denmead.

Well this was the first time I've had a puncture repaired & not been left with a damaged alloy. Hats off to Petersfield Garage Services, not a mark on the wheel & only £12.

Previous experiences with the likes of quickfit have resulted in the expense of a new wheel!

Sparshatts of Fareham wanted £21.50 & needed the car all day! Idiots!
