Lookin to put an exhaust tip on my monte carlo, i know i need a drop down one but anyone done it before and or has any suggestions to ones that fit?

Maybe the diffuser would be a better option on a Monte Carlo?

I've fitted a drop-down chrome tip to my Monte.

I wasn't sure about it at first because it seemed to hang too low under the diffuser, but I've angled it

to the left and it looks great now, better with it than without.

I'll try to post a photo.

In short "awful" take it off and as the master said 32Kofdata , cut the bumper / defusser

I've researched this for my Monte and my dealer will supply a rear diffuser with the cut out, but at a cost

Could do something like this on my old Focus? Down-turned and shiny tip, might look a bit better?

Get a diffuser from a vrs and get an angled tip or cut the exhaust on the bend and attach a collar and straight out

It already has a diffuser on the bk of the monte I would have to cut into the diffuser or slope it downwards below it , one day I will sort something

Skoda do a tip made to fitted and your technically ment to buy the monte defusser with cut out to get it perfect.

I think by cutting the defusser it can look messy if not done perfectly right

A VRS Defuser DOES NOT work as the montes defusser runs across the full width of the bumper (to meet the arch trims) the vrs one dips down on the rear face.

Sadly i havent fitted yet as i was unsure wether to just cut the defuser as the new defusser has a trim to cover the whole between the two skins of the bumper to advoid **** going up inside the rear bumper.

Also this tip does require the exhaust pipe to be cut flush.
