The Mystery of the Hidden Rattle

Featured Replies

Wish all rattles were as easy as that to fix. Nice and simple Oh and cheap..

Similar experience, turned to be I'd put my sunglasses in the holder and they were catching the lid. Took ages to find the cause for the rattle. I check they are correctly seated every time they are return to the holder.

Hairball, I think you're only putting into words what probably a good few of us have done in one form or another. Hilarious, been there myself!

after 28 years of being with or married to swmbo my selective hearing is that well developed I can tune out rattle, creaks, groans and nagging at the drop of a hat, so I never notice any :), and those are all from swmbo

as to the car, never heard any so must work with same from car :) :)

Feel free to join the "Twit of the week" thread My best hidden rattle was my (Since Thursday!!) wife's handbag chain!

Congratulations!

Congratulations!

Thanks!

John
