I received the following in the post today-

It has a code at the bottom of the letter( which I have not incl.) to enter the competition to win a vrs vip driving experience on the 14th July on the day.

It implies that both Octy & Fabia vRS owners might get one of these.

Has anyone else got one of these ?

It says in the conditions it will only accept 1 entry per code, so it it has worked you will probably know when it tells you

Just tried again "code has been used before" so It did work, just crashed before confirmation I guess.

got mine too, just done it after a few attempts as it was case sensitive for the code!! tried my luck with Sundays draw only

I only did sunday as well, as it said the code can only be used once.

I got mine, but apparently I've changed my name to Ben B**i, even though the envelope was correctly addressed

Goodwood Festival of Speed an absolute must do for me - and Goodwood (Chichester) is just over an hours drive for me....

I'll be in France on holiday, so I guess it also makes sense for me to enter anyway and give them to someone on here if I win. That's what Skoda want anyway isn't it? Enthusiasts of the marque

Do you think the official pictures about vRS will be released before Goodwood?

Is there any official info about it?

I doubt the UK will release official photos before as they are wanting to use Goodwood as the main press launch of it. Whether it will come out else where in the world first who knows?

Edit: Simpons Skoda seem to think the first pics will arrive tommorow : "The first official images of the new Octavia vRS will be released n the 5th June."

I really hope that's the case, the suspense is killing me!

Experience says that pics dont always show what the car is REALLY like, if they are airbrushed onto a brilliant background , real life version is a dissappointment, some bad pics & real life is loads better.

I prefer to see the real thing & make my mind up then.

I am going to Festival of Speed anyway, so I'll take and post photos :sun:
