Right now I gave some jom coilovers ive fitted and the rid is bad but barable. I raised the fronts up a bit and its better but the rears are all the way up and still a tad low so what I was thinking was trying to get some 20mm lowering springs and use tgem on the platforms?

I wanted something that just lowered the car a tad. The fronts are fine with lots of adjustment but as I say the rears are right up as far as I dare go.

Other plan would be use the coilover shocks and std springs but I think thats gonna be too soft on the rear?

Ill post some pucs of the stance tomoz.

Also fitted some s3 alloys and they look sweet and tgey are nicer to drive on than std alloys and tge nankang ns2 I have on them. They are so noisy its unreal

Think I starting to like the fabia.

It was just a work car but its starting to grow on me now.

How high is it sitting raised all the way up?? Would some 20mm springs not of been a better buy in the first place?

I know where you are coming from mine are right up at the back too, suffice to say before that it would scrape but the car is about right now.

Just springs wouldnt be an option really. They wouldnt match the shocks and my shocks were not the best.

I have a feeling I am still hitting the stops as in slow bumps its not too bad.

Could always lower tge front slightly but then that would wear out the insides of the tyres even more than now

got the new fabia black n silver skoda badges and the octy FL vRS front n rear badges to go on too. Also a LCR splitter

just needs another 10mm on the rear to match the front I think, the front is ok plus doent catch.

I think it needs to go lower! Looks pretty much standard height

Ride is pants and bouncy catches everything.

Thats how I go for looks nowadays. Sort of std looking stealth.

Seriously, take them out, sell them and purchase a set of AP Springs and shocks, there's a link in my thread.

They sit better, are more comfortable and actually improve the handling of the car where the JOMs destroyed it.

Its only for me to go to n from work in and tge od trip with the wife once every so often.

Main thing is to save up get sorted with a house and get a nice toy (E39 M5) lol

Eibach springs would have been a better bet.

Ride is almost the same as standard + it will lower the car 20mm (about the same as it looks now)..

Would be fine with standard shocks as they are only 20mm lower so would have been cheaper than JOMs anyway

There about £130 new.. but if your lucky u can pick them up alot cheaper..(i picked up my old set for £45.. used but good condition )

But I neede new shocks ne way so still not cheaper unfortunatly.

Will keep my eyes open for some tho. Could use the rears at least.

Will drop the front a tad this weekend and see. Only 10mm max but will see.

The ride now is actually not too bad. Nice and firm but not crashy crashy. Trial and error lol

My JOMs are all the way down at the front with helpers in and half at the back so it's sat level with the top of the tyres and I took my dad out in it and he thought the ride was ok. He normally moans like a mofo when I do stuff to cars but he said it felt a similar ride to his 911!

I will be sorting it out tomoz now as I have had a long week and am too tired to sort today.

Ill be lowering the front a few mm to come into line with the rear lol.

With JOM's you'll find the rear springs go coil bound and give terrible ride/handling.

The rears are too short and hard.

Fronts seem good but tge rears.......

Found today I cant go lower on tge front as there is a speed hump I catch slightly as it is.

There is a set of 25mm lowering springs in the fs section but the price is a bit high. Thibk ill just pop std stuff back on.

Car will be up for sale proper once I am happy with it.
