Sorry for the highjck but Dover vrs is your rattle at idle loud as when I got my techni clutch they said they had reinforced the springs in the driven plate to eliminate the rattle and my loudest noise now is the release bearing but only after a long drive ? Lewis

right ill be saving for a decent clutch and smf then. gives me an excuse to squeeze more power out of it at a later date. :)

I wonder if there is anyone local (ish) to me that has a SMF and could show me the chatter on idle? It is my daily driver and I do tend to get bogged up in traffic most days........

Its not that bad

I taught my 5'5 8stone other half to learn to drive with a helix and smf! And brembo's too!

Not an issue! Man up!

Where are you daz_vrs?

Yes the rattle is loud at idle with my SMF at idle, obviously goes away soon as the pedal is pressed down
