Wiring in 1.2 Fabia DRL's

Hi everyone just joined the forum, been watching since I got my Fabia last year.

I've just bought some DRL's of ebay to wire into my Fabia but I haven't a clue how, it says to wire them into the negative on the battery and the ignition. I've tried the fuse box next to the battery - and without the keys in the ignition all the empty fuse spaces allow the lights to come on, I have no idea how to get to the back of the fuse box from the engine bay to wire them in.

I'm really stuck and can't find anything on here to help.

If anyone has any idea's would be much appreciated!
