I have a custom remap, originally the torque was around 310 lb ft and it would slip in 4th lowered it to 300 and it didn't slip, i did this ages ago.

However after a long constant drive 4 hours it slipped, wondering if it's more prone to slip when hot?

It'll end up slipping alot more. That's what happened to mine.

Mine used to slip when i was still getting used to the Fabia, mainly on WOT in higher gears, 5th and 6th.

Once I realised that this was a bad and naughty thing to do it was fine till i replaced a worn DMF and added a new stock clutch.
