Mk1 Octavia VRS Front End Rebuild Parts Cheap

Hi Guys,

I have a number of parts needed to rebuild the front end of a mk1 Octavia should you need it.

I have these as I was going to do mine but decided against getting it back on the road.

I have the following

1x Front Slam Panel - £20

1x Crash Bar - £20

1x Passenger wing in Silver with all original bolts to fit - £20

1x Drivers side wing in silver with all original bolts to fit - £20

The only things I don't have is bumper, radiator, head lights, bonnet and grille.

All items are located in Leyland, Lancashire PR25 or I can post

I do need to change my lovely (but aged) 2010 Fabia 1.6tdi so went looking for a year old 1.5tsi DSG SEL, found a nice one at a local dealer but when looking at the finance side of things, it worked out similar to buy a brand new one (via Carwow prices) due to the Skoda contribution and the lower APR on a PCP. So here i am, about to order a Smokey Silver 1.5tsi DSG SEL, but i have never ordered a new car before so am a bit ' giddy ' on what to add in options..... The spare wheel is a given and f

Hi everyone as a newbie I thought I’d send a virtual wave and introduce my new to me 2022 Skoda kodiaq 2.0 diesel 150hp 2WD DSG SEL exec. Picked it up on Saturday and am impressed so far. Hi. Had the car since May 25. Always been a knocking sound like metal on metal from the front suspension when driving over bumps in the road. It sounds a bit like an old worn shock absorber on a car from the past. The dealer identified and acknowledged the unusual sound but were unable to identify the cause. Hi I couldn't find any relevant previous threads other than this not helpful one for my situation https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/536808-odometer-mileage-has-gone-down-since-last-year/ Unfortunately the garage that did the first MOT for my 2023 Skoda Octavia 1.5 TSI e-TEC in February did not appreciate the distance on the odometer was km rather than miles (I have been taking the car a few times to Europe and had changed the distance display to metric and never thought of changing it back

I used a copy of this MSTD_EU_SK_P6230 MU0490 if anyone else needs, the site I think I had it from was mibsolution.one is currently down though. I was wary of the copy I had and passage of time, but it worked fine installed, I just have to clear the fault code ( have odbeleven but pro ran out and doesn't cover the adaption by looks of it) Excuse the state of my interior I don't use the car that much and could use a vaccuum.
