Just about to get my first SKODA and looking fwd to it. Have wanted one for a while but found it really hard to get one with a beige interior instead of  November Sky Grey. Have also experienced the VAG 2.0TDI engine in another brand (A***) and will be glad to get away from it back into a good old PD.

 

This one is a 2007 Mark II Elegance - ooohh all those toys to play with - cruise control; parking sensors; climatronic air; heated seats; gorgeous DSG gears; trip computer - YAY!

 

Used to be a Merc E-class man (had 7 of them in all) but when they started turning out junk in the early noughties had to abandon them :(

 

Hope ze Czech republicans havent lost their touch!

 

Did you know Skoda also make locomotives !!!

 

Thinking of buying it a wooden dash kit - any hints or tips welcome.
