Ok to use standard bolts?

Ok to use standard bolts?

Hmm, I used stock bolts with 3mm shims but I could tell I was already a turn short of normal, even though there was a lot of turns.  I am not sure I would fancy being 2 turns out.

YEA OK TO USE MATE,

jASE IF YOU LOOK AT THE ENDS OF STD BOLTS WITH STD RIMS YOU WILL SEE ABOUT 5MM THAT IS RUSTED AS THAT GOES THRU THE HUB SO YOU HAVE THE 5MM POKING OUT THE BACK OF THE FLANGE

sorry for the caps, was playing COD lol and hit it.

ne way using these means the bolts still go all the way into the hub flange, just means they don't poke out the back like normal.

If the above is the case, then fine.  Never seen how far a stock bolt goes through the hub, or how many turns a hub has in it.
