erm, for lighting corners?  Same as the seats, mercs and FL octavia do?

Oh!  So cornering fog lights are actually cornering headlights......

Seen much better systems that are built into the headlights in other marques.

Can you share more driving impressions, what it's like to live with, economy, pics and such?

The Vectra I've got at the mo doesn't have these cornering foglights and I can honestly say I've never had any problems seeing when driving round corners. Quite remarkable really.

It's just another driving aid really. It works really well on dark country roads when turning in to a road. The main headlights turn much less (15 degrees ?) so you wouldn't notice it on a tight turn

Oh, what a pain about the cornering lights.  I had assumed they were fitted because (as well as the brochure saying so) there are two fog light bulbs in each cluster. i thought one might have been for cornering.

Fingers crossed it can be enabled with VCDS!

That's the whole point, that's how the cornering lights work. By using the fog lights, since you don't have swiveling light in the main cluster. Well, the new AFS Xenons do, but you get my point. :D

Er no they don't.

Umm, you only have to watch a headlight unit moving in both axis, what does your knowledge of Slovakian have to do with it? :)
