my headlight adjustment doesnt seem to be  working on my car 

 

could anyone shed some info on how to get the adjuster working again

Replace the adjuster motor? Or the switch is dead or fuse gone if both have packed up at the same time?

when i turn the switch i dont hear any noise at all
