VRs Hatch ordered - Petrol DSG in Meteor Grey!

Featured Replies

Finally made my mind up today & ordered a VRs hatch in Meteor Grey!! I did have a VRs estate in white on order but as I'm getting it in January I was able to change the order completely!!

Decided on the hatch as I don't really need the extra space in the estate & after looking at countless pictures, decided that the hatch is a better looking car!!

Options  I've gone for are: Sunroof

                                          Black design pack

                                          Canton

                                          Colour maxidot

                                          Spare

Getting the windows tinted before I pick it up, darker than the sunset.

Took me ages to pick the colour, got it down to Race Blue & Meteor Grey, decided to be brave & went for grey. Saw it on a fabia & it looked good, especially with the black roof & wheels.

Just need to be patient now!!!

Nice! Congrats pal.

I'm doing the same with the windows myself :-)

Well, the brave decision didn't last long!!

Contacted the dealership today to change the colour to what was my initial choice, Race Blue!! No more changing colours from now!!

Great choice. I also really want to see a grey hatch with the 19s on would look sweet.

Ur spot on about the hatch its far nicer looking than the estate.

I'd say lots are just buying the hearse cause they can't wait.

I disagree I prefer the estate to the hatch and im not the only one :P

Its down to personal taste and circumstance at the end of the day :)

Nothing sporty about an estate but everyone to there own.

Also the hatch has a great size boot and is a better seller second hand.

In Ireland it's very hard sell a vrs estate.

I personally always think that any shade of grey always looks like a primer finish and awaiting the final coat.

One thing for sure, I don't think you will see many in that colour, also very nice in fog.

But what ever floats your boat

Really? Im surprised. I guess estates hold their value better here in the uk and are much more popular. Skoda sell a lot more octy estates than hatches if the dealers in Kent are to be believed

That's interesting. Here 95% of all Octavia's are hatches so the opposite really :)

It's a pity the new vrs isn't available in anthracite grey :( I do like the meteor tho.

The whole point of the Estate is it's load capacity! There's not much to touch it in it's sector and even the sector above.

If you're buying a hatch then, there is a lot more choice in the entire market! If I was looking to buy a hatch, which I'm not, it wouldn't be the Octavia!

Correction.

I had my combi that I got a couple of weeks ago sold the day before I collected it.

The buyer has it booked for 2 years time from me.

Then again, People seem to queue up for my cars LOL
