Ordered new VRS about 8 weeks or so ago, heard from dealership last week that the car is built and awaiting shipping from Germany. I'm getting:

Boot Net

"Get You Home" Spare Wheel

Red stitching on seats

Heated Windscreen/Seats/Washer Jet Nozzles

And the colour ??.....wait for it......Sprint Yellow

Cannot see another member on this forum who has ordered Sprint Yellow. I know it's not everybody's cup of tea but I currently own a Mk 2 Vrs Tdi DSG in Sprint Yellow and I think it suits the car well and I am continually getting comments where ever I go, "what a lovely colour".

As for the fiasco over heated windscreen not being available on the petrol. At order I ordered the heated windscreen only because my Mk 2 has been a pig in the winter with mist/condensation on the inside. A few days after ordering, the dealership phones me to say I could only have the heated windscreen with the heated seats and heated washer jet nozzles I couldnt have it by itself ??? So, the plot thickens re heated windscreen on TSI ,

Sounds like yellow may become the new white?? Cant wait to pop into the station and have a proper look around her. Mines still on the drawing boards for another few weeks

That looks great - a little like the Liquid Yellow on the sporty Meganes, thats a Yellow Id possibly even consider owning!

No only on the configurator but they arent true colours well, not like in the flesh (metal) anyway. Certainly havent seen one on here as I stated, I cant find anyone else who's ordered sprint yellow

Green was my 2nd choice...think it's awesome too
