Is there a reason you want to use that turbo? A bit of googling and it seems to provide about 200bhp and is a bit laggy too (thats just googling but a few different places say the same). A stock PD150 turbo will do the same power and fit straight on. 

Yea its cheap and its a hybrid so it should take more than 200 hp

Fair enough, I'd price up the full cost of fabricating everything before getting to carried away though! Good luck 

Yea i have now decided against this option as but will cost more than what it's worth lol so am gunna just buy some wheels in stead thanks matt
