my missus took my vrs to work the other week and suprise suprise i get a letter later that month with the dreaded nip in it, now i have a roadangel which has saved me many times and the second it beeps my foot goes through the pan and on to the road and i had a feeling i was in the company car in yorkshire that day, so i phoned the police and asked them if they have any camera evidence and they say yes,so i say could you tell me if its male or female and they wouldnt budge, so i said im not prepared to fill out the forms because to be honest im not sure who was driving, this is where it gets good,she tells me to fill out the forms in my name and when i get the pictures she can send out new paperwork if it wasnt me, while she's talking to me the picture is in front of her on a pc screen and she wouldnt tell me if it was a man or not. insane

Phone up again, ask for a name and if that is the correct procedure. Then include a letter stating that you are unsure of the driver but have been told by Mr/Mrs X to fill out the form in your name when you called on (date&time). Should cover your back then if they say you misled them.
