Good morning people have recently picked up an octavia vrs off a friend of mine and she needs a little work rear brake caliper seized but have had that fixed rear passenger door will not open at all but think reading off the forum I can give this a good go but the problem I have is been down to my local motor parts direct for a coil spring front offside and they are not sure which one I need. The one on there is the original part does anyone know the cheepest replacement (for now) so I can get her back on the road many thanks simon ps it's the auq engine code if that helps

Buy vRS springs from a dealer; anyone else is lable to sell you springs for a normal model which will give you a nice "motorboat rake", and even then say several times sepcifically that you want springs for a vRS so you can return ordinary ones.

You need to replace the springs as a pair. The VRS springs are only available from the dealer or TPS (if they will serve you).

Ok no worries guys was looking at an uprated set if had to pay genuine prices thank you very much misses not gonna be happy but I will be lol
