Rear Hatch and Drivers lock

Hi

First post here, just bought a LHD 2006 1.4 petrol Fabia, with several issues.

First question.

With battery off, I cant open rear hatch.

Does it rely on electric. Is there a manual way to open. (it did open fine before I took battery of to clean engine bay)

Drivers door lock does not work (this is LHD car).

The key is tuning but othing happens.

Little plastic knowb in car is permantly down.

Is the mechanism just behind the door panel, or is it behind a pot riveted panel.
