Long Term Fuel Consumption

Not sure if this has been covered somewhere else. Apologies if it has!

I noticed today that the long term fuel consumption has reset itself. Couldn't really work out what'd triggered it. The mileage was about 3450, so even converting to km, it is not a round figure in terms of distance. Could it be after every 100 hours? I never made a note of the hours so couldn't tell for sure. I just hope it is not a fault. May be someone out there could enlighten me?

If it works the same as the one previously in my Fabia, it resets after 100 hours or x miles.

99hrs 59min. It's in the owners manual.
