Kitted 1.4 in Dubai...

Featured Replies

Hey guys, check this out. Like I said in the 'Styling' section, this Fabia is owned by an old friend of mine who I just met yesterday after so long. He bought his Fabia almost 5 years ago..it's a 1.4 16V, but he kitted it like you see it...and the strips...that was painted on by the dealer, it ain't vinyl!

A few pics were 'flipped' horizontally by the owner because of the comparisons he wanted to make, and when he'd taken the pics he did so from the angle. So don't be surprised to find the steering wheel on your side of the car and the Fabia badge in reverse on the left

I've put them on in a 'before & after' manner...check it out.

He's just recently removed that stupid 'W' sticker badge on the monogram and it is now just the good old Skoda badge that sits there.

In some ways I think it's a bit over the top, like the grille and the excessive amount of 'vinyl'... but otherwise I think it's alright. Sucks that it's a 1.4 though, with such a crazy kit, he must have GTIs and Coopers up his a** for a race...

Nice though...I think it looked best without the 'vinyl' and with the colour-coded eyebrows.

definitly better better without the stripes, looks nice but i wouldn't have the bonnet vents. other than that though its a nice looking car, especially the wheels :)

He definitely needs bigger brakes under those wheels  Always good to see something a bit different ... is he going to stop there or is he going to go onto engine mods and beef it up a bit? Wonder if you can get a 2.6 twin turbo Skyline engine in there

Nice pictures.

Did anyone spot the name of the building contractor in one of the reversed pics.

  :thumbdwn:

Some hard work gone in to it.Bits I don't like but a lot I do.Amazing transformation

It's actually not a bad effort, not totally my cup of tea as they say but nonetheless better over the standard furby

Secondly, what about that weather? Going to Dubai in September for a week, unfortunately on business but still

Awesome transformation. I wish I could afford them (or at least the wheels).

Bin Ladin is a Saudi contracting company, their building is next to my office. Just because of the company name, no need ot make scary assumptions :). Dubai is safest city in the world.

SuperTed!!! Wow I haven't seen that in sooo long!! Brings back childhood memories..

It's hot here. VERY hot. Cool-down begins December.

He wants to sell his car. He's tired of it. As far as the kit is concerned, it was custom made here. The rear is that of the VW Beetle Cup car, front lip from a Nissan Maxima, the skirts of Beemer ( I think)and the eyelids for the Beemer, and the spoiler is of the old Civic Type-R.

At The Mo I wouldn't say anywhere is Safe!!!!

Cool looking car, Not keen on the graphics, but Each to their own eh!
