Eibach springs

Featured Replies

So I've just broken a stock spring and need new ones, I'm thinking about uprated springs and the Eibach ones get a good press.

I don't want a bouncy ride or a too harsh ride. I upgraded the springs on my last Octy to H&R which made it bounce on rough roads, so I put FSD shocks on but it still bounced, I don't want to go there again.

I need to know I aren't going to be spending more cash on shocks or I may as well take the plunge and get coilovers, opinions please.

My experience with golfs would steer me permanently away from full coilovers for everyday driving!

nothing wrong with coilovers. You just bought the wrong ones and/or set them up wrong

He is the aftermarket sales manager at eibach uk and helped me out when finding my springs (my needs were not just i want it lower etc, bit more complicated than that)

Thanks. How would he be able to help out of interest?

tell him what you want and he will be able to see if any of eibachs products match up

How many miles have your current shocks covered?

125k which is why I've opted for a set of your rather nice AP coilovers. My thinking was if I put new springs on the shocks would probably give up too, then more expense.
