I think in general use, but it's often used to cart stuff about to exhibitions and trade fairs. It is also driven fairly hard by someone used to Saab Turbos and a Mitzi Galant VR4...

Before you commit to a Chrysler, you have to check out the Kia Sedona, seriously.

Father in law had the exact same conundrum and once he drove the Kia, there was no turning back. I've driven it myself and it's great! 2.9 Mercedes diesel engine and loads of room. You need aircon though because of all the glass. Top motor.

I'd take the Kia over the Chrysler as well. Never thought I'd ever say that.

Had a very pleasant experience driving a Toyota MPV of some kind around Vancouver Island. Although no doubt it was with some engine you can't get over here - It was a 3.1 V6 IIRC.

Just had a look at the Kia Site......i like the Sedona IIRC it won best ----- a year or two ago , money wise i'd say they are about the same , might have to check one out.

Had a Dodge Grand Caravan in US as a hire car a while back (Chrysler Grand Voyager over here) - was a 3.3 v6 automatic.

Main complaint was the cabin quality - very poor indeed. The handling wasn't up to much but the UK versions would be different anyway.

Also, the performance was very weak and top speed was only 106 on the clock - >100mph in real life :thumbdwn:

Had a Voyager as a hire car in the states a few weeks back, and we its roomy, but fuel economy wasnt that good, plastics quality is very nasty ride was ok but handling isnt any good. Maybe they're ok for straight US roads, but for the UK I wouldnt even dream about it.

It also didnt ride bumps in the road too well either.
