Just reciently finished rewiring, alarming, installing speakers and new lighting system into the ceiling, insulating and boarding mine out.

With the help from a good few friends.

3 months working weekends and after work we got there in the end.

Well. Next years project. . .

As Its still not finished really as I was to fish the fitted cupboards in the back of the garage.

Also install a Fold down work bench on the side wall.

Some before, during and after pictures.

I'm not too sure that there'll be enough light to ensure a safe working environment inside there! ;-)

Like it. Lol

I have a 3 way switch to turn rows on and off.

Plus they are energy efficient.

I do car detailing in spare time so is very usefull to see any imperfections on the body work.

Mines small but still enough for 'basic' maintenance.

Here's my little man cave ....

Plenty big enough for my little motor. Will begin to modify it in the new year ..... Tap install, strip lights in the roof and some decent storage :)

Mums decided to renovate her house thats she had been renting to my brother so took the opportunity to rip up the carpet from stairs, landing and bedroom for garage, i even got the underlay which was in good nick! Saved me about £100 as i was going to carpet tile it all, can you guess which was the piece from the stairs! I may have to swap it round as ive already tripped over it. My garage officially has same number of rads as my downstairs and has more carpet haha

Garages are for motorbikes, and associated paddock stands and tool etc. Cars go in front of the garage, making it harder for tea leafs to get the motorbikes out.

Quite right too...

<checks garage cam>

Yep

I was thinking to myself, 'why the heck does he want a tap and strip lights in a Fabia', then realised 'ohhhhh he's modding the garage'

Got same garage motor and fob as you, well built garage doors arent they.

yeah, got no complaints at all really. I like the safety feature that sends the door back up if it detects there's an obstruction :)

Yup, for those who know how to do it!

There will be some tuition.

It's Jays first owned house so he's new to all that stuff.

He's a great pal so I'm happy to help.
