I think in the flesh it will be far more attractive than the pictures suggests.

Never been a massive fan of red cars (tho strangely I dont mind maroon type colours?) think this kinda looks like a dull burnt orange. Not for me but wouldnt knock those who like it. Horses for courses and all that

It's like that weird tomato type colour the a3 came in a few years back.

The sample card wasn't burnt orange when i saw it but was dark and dull. Really not keen on it at all.

Too bland...doesn't suit vRS badge IMO

Looks classy i think, but prefer corrida red or whatever its called, my mk2 suited a flat bright red and i think mk3 is the same

Agreed! Thanks for pointing out that the strange looking wheels were the optional 19" jobbies, I was confused.........

 

As other have said, Corrida Red with or  with-out the black pack looks good, but this seems to be a very odd colour.

 

'Tis a pity Skoda don't have a colour like my Tango Red Mondy, I've admiring that for over 5 years now & I'm still pleased with it!

I do think it would look better with the black pack. The pictures all look quite dull which probably doesn't help the colour at all.

Oh dear! I have a Rio Red hatch on order! The jury is out for now until I see it in the flesh but it looks the same colour as my Chilli Orange Corsa ltd ed which i think looks quite nice with its black roof, wheels and mirrors. I have added black pack and suroof to my vRS so I think it will be a case of deja vu on my drive.

It is being built next week so I will post some pictures in a few weeks hopefully (if someone could tell me how to attach images it would be appreciated).

My local dealer has a rio red hatch with 19s and black pack.

Looks awesome to me, but it is definitely a marmite colour.

Those 19's look gorgeous. I would've got them if they didn't destroy the ride quality!!

Not really my cup I tea. I've went the opposite way ordering meteor grey though, lot of people dislike that but hey we are all individual and someone will like rio enough to buy it.

I didn't notice the colour, my eyes got stuck on the two pee shooters hiding behind the fake exhaust trim

 

I quite like it, or at least I prefer it to the solid Postman Pat red.

It looks a little flat so would need to see it in the metal to be be able to make an informed comment.

However, it needs the black pack, that chrome on the grill needs to go in my opinion.
