Superskoda. Any good?

How many of you have ordered stuff from them and what was the quality of the item(s) like, was the service from them any good and how quick was the delivery?

Thinking about getting some bits from them, but I'm a bit put off by the high delivery charge of ~£13 for parts that cost around about £32.

Made my first order this week with them. Ordered boot mat on Monday...cheapest I could find dispatched next day so hope delivery this weekend/early next week.

No help what so ever to your query though!!

Their customer service has got a long way to go to even become average!

Speak as you find. I have had no problem with them whatsoever. Ordered 2 bumper protectors for my mk2 vRS and the wife's Scout, arrived promptly and well packaged.

Am awaiting their mk3 vRS RHD footrest to finish being developed and will be placing an order. Also considering their version 2 rear spoiler.

I ordered 2 black grille on the sunday and it arrived in 4 days

Very fast postage...

If any one want a black grille i have one spare

+1

Indeed. I wrote them to ask about the boot mat that flips with rubber on one side and textile on the other, and got a link back to the pure rubber boot mat.

Also tried to ask when Martinek would make a  steel (look) bumper protector for the MkIII "Limo". The reply I got was "it will be done" ....

Maybe I could have been clearer in the way I asked?: (OK, reading it again, I definitely could have ...)

I'm receiving my Octavia3 (limo) fairly soon, and I'm considering fitting a rear bumper protector. I want the steel / alu look. As far as I can see there are Martinek alternatives for just about any bumper protector except Alu-look for limousine?

I'm also considering the fabric/rubber boot mat. You used to have it on your website but it seems gone now? Do you no longer sell those?

boot mat here:

http://www.superskoda.com/Skoda/OCTAVIA-III/Octavia-III-Limousine-rear-trunk-RUBBER-cargo-mat-original-Skoda-Autoas-product

there will be Titanium look for Limousine version of rear bumper panel.

Wrote back to get a timeframe, and to specify that I meant the half/half turnable boot mat, and never got an answer!

Banksie has a point too tho, when I did order, my wares arrived within 3-4 days and very nicely packed.

(EDIT: wtf: Forum delited half my post ... )

Ordered some lighting parts and wheel covers. good service i thought...

I looked on that site (had never heard of it before a couple of days back), for the flip mat. All i can see is individual mats. Either all fabric, or all rubber. I assume they dont do the flip mats. Would that site be cheaper than asking your local dealer? Surely they must be able to get one?

I ordered a genuine Skoda rubber boot mat for mine from them, came to £44 including £15 delivery..... they're about £60 from UK dealers. Ordered it on a Saturday and it was here on the Wednesday.

So certainly cheaper, although for £16 or thereabouts, if that site doesnt have the flip mat, may be just as well going to a dealer.

Do Skoda make one? There isn't one in the accessories brochure that i've seen....

Flip mat (rubber/fabric) for boot is part of the 'Simply clever' package. At least here it is.

Anyway I ordered these 2 days ago and the package arrived today.

They certainly make them. If you go to 'Car Configurator' on the website, and make up an Octy Elegance, then its one of the options under 'Functionality'.

For some reason if you go to the Octy Hatchback section of the site, it doesnt list it as an option in the Equipment tab, but its definitely available to spec your car up with. Like the brochure, some things can be found in one place, but not in another!!

The cost is £75 as an option for the Elegance
