Looking good.

How much have you lowered it by!!

Can't even see the tops of the tyres it's that low.

Not very practical for the English roads what with all the speed humps etc.

You don't spend any time in the Fabia forums do you. That isn't low or dramatic compared to standard car when you start comparing with there;)

My Fabia1 on HR springs kit is actually only marginally less gap than my standard O3 but significant on the car itself (35-40mm)

Looks like only something like 20mm drop on standard ? Is that achieved using just springs or coilovers?

Actually on that note, I think they got it well on the standard O3 vRS personally so no need to do anything with it for me, although I'd agree you certainly wouldn't want it any lower but thats my personal choice.

The Fabia mk1 vRS meanwhile had standard arches that could be fisted by an elephant and was completely unappropriate for the branding they were going for, in fact the opposite direction. The word stilts is often used on the forum and it is a bit of a clown car with std suspension.

In fact looking again at the blue 1.8Tsi is even dropped at all....sills don't seem that low ?

Looks instead like its been filled out the arches with much bigger alloys IMO ?

(and the profiles aren't that low you have to remember also, they look like they a good balance of comfort to be honest, which can always be handy!)

Either which way anyway, the car is nice!

This is my car sitting on Eibach sport springs as I think the ride height on the standard VRS is way to high.

I've also fitted 20mm spacers on the rear and 10mm on the front to bring the wheels out to fill the arches better.

Just picked her up this afternoon! Really impressed so far, and is actually a lot more refined and quiet than I remember / was expecting. Haven't had a chance to take her for a blast yet so looking forward to that!

Just out of interest, with the Skoda dealer fitting the springs does this mean your warranty isn't voided? Also how does it ride and do you get a rubbing at all?

Are the H&R springs a 25mm drop?

Cheers Stu

happy days, looks well smart!! wish I knew when mine was coming!!!

So she got the much needed clean along with some heko wind deflectors and rubber mats. Not sure there is much else to do now. dog guard, hatchbag, rear bumper protector, roof bars + box all added in the past month or so.

Looking into ways to get the roof box a more acceptable colour (and the bars)

Must say, I have never liked this colour when seen on the hatch, but this looks very nice indeed!!

It looks like the dealer is storing the cars in someone back yard!

Very nice, underrated colour.

Haha it is their new forest dealership right at the back!

So the dealer sent me a picture of my new one that's arrived! March 1st pickup!!

Lush, best colour combi by a country mile.....obviously IMHO, ;-)... Is it a 230 or 220???

Only a 220, would have been a 230 if they did the same amazing discounts and deals for it!

Freshly cleaned

Hi, is this candy or moon white? Looks great!

Looks like Candy to me, but probably because there is a photo filter applied.
