TT 225 Quattro

Featured Replies

you sure it's been clocked and not just a typo? Our family cars mileage history jumps up 100k one MOT then back down the next due to a typo, we know it's not been clocked as it's a one owner with full history.

I was going to post the same, it could be typo. 256K is an awful lot of miles, for that mileage I would expect the bodywork to be in a very poor state. My 2001 Audi A8 looks like its been sand blasted at the front, and that's at 191K miles.

If you get the current MOT certificate, you can do a MOT check online and I will show you every MOT going backwards. From that a typo should be obvious, failing that hook up VCDS and read the engine ECU as it will have the mileage (recorded in kms) stored in it.
