i have the same issue on dip to the point its dangerous above 45mph

    Yep there's no separate bulb for full beam, just the shutter.

Correct. Clockwise up. 

 

Longish 6mm Allen key to adjust. 

 

Mine needed 3 full turns on the left and 2.5 turns on the right. Adjusted like that to stop the right light distracting on coming traffic.

 

As suggested park in front of a gareage door or wall and you’ll see the lights rise as you adjust.

 

Dark flat road to check or just drive and see if oncoming traffic flashes you!
